Presenters must submit a copy of their full-length papers to the Program Chair (email@example.com) by November 15, 2015. (You may contact us for late submissions.)
The meeting rooms will have a PowerPoint projector, so you can use a laptop for your presentation.
Discussants are encouraged to present their comments by using PowerPoint. Alternatively, they can take a few hard copies of their written comments to their sessions.
If you need a certificate of participation you must request it by November 30, 2015. It will be provided free of charge.
The conference location has a wireless network offering free access to the Internet.
If you opt for inclusion of your paper or abstract in the conference proceedings you must:
1. submit your manuscript or abstract by November 15, 2015;
2. pay for your copy of the proceedings by November 15, 2015.
Note that only manuscripts and abstracts that comply with the manuscript guidelines can be included in the proceedings.
